Used Car Buyer's Protection Act; creates said act; provides legislative intent; provides definitions; provides for duties of dealers; provides for disclosure; provides for duties of HSMV; provides consumer remedies; provides for bad faith claims; provides additional grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of motor vehicle dealer's license. Amends 320.27.
