Employer Release of Employee Info.; requires disclosure by former or current employer of certain information authorized for release by applicant for law enforcement officer position, under specified circumstances; defines offense of violating such disclosure requirements for law enforcement background investigations, & provides penalties therefor. Amends 768.095.
