HB 3139: Offenses That Evidence Prejudice

GENERAL BILL by Ogles ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Heyman ; Byrd ; Harrington

Offenses That Evidence Prejudice; provides enhanced penalties for offenses that show evidence of prejudice against victim, based on victim's mental or physical disability or advanced age; provides definitions; provides that certain offenses shall not be deemed as evidencing prejudice under certain circumstances. Amends 775.085.
