Pharmacy Practice; defines term "data communication device"; provides additional persons & entities to whom records re filling of prescriptions & dispensing of medicinal drugs which are maintained by pharmacy may be furnished; provides restrictions on such records when transmitted through data communication device; provides for certain dispensing of medicinal drugs to patients in emergency departments of certain hospitals, etc. Amends Chs. 465, 468, 499.
