GENERAL BILL by Prewitt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano
Alcoholic Beverage Taxes; exempts from surcharge on sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises specified tax-exempt organizations which are licensed vendors, including religious, charitable, scientific, literary, educational, & similar organizations, civic organizations, employees' associations, clubs, fraternal benefit societies, fraternal lodges, & armed forces & veterans' organizations. Amends 561.501.
