GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Dyer
Real Estate Appraisals; provides that violations of certain standards of Appraisal Foundation are grounds for Fla. Real Estate Commission to deny, revoke, or suspend license of, or to fine, real estate brokers or salespersons; revises provisions re qualifications for registration, licensure, or certification of appraisers; revises continuing education & experience requirements for real estate appraisers, etc. Amends Ch. 475.
