Parole/Sex Offender/Murderer/ID Card; requires as condition of parole of sex offender or murderer that offender apply to HSMV for special ID card or driver's license &, if subject to motor vehicle registration requirements, special color-coded license tag; requires department in cooperation with FDLE to provide for special designation of sex offender or murderer on any driver's license, ID card, or license tag issued to paroled offender, etc. Amends 775.21(7); creates 947.182.
