Homeowners' Associations; prohibits commingling of certain funds; revises language re transition of homeowners' association control in community; provides list of required documents which must be provided to board by developer; provides for prohibited clauses in homeowners' association documents; revises language re disclosure to prospective purchasers; provides for cancellation of certain contracts, etc. Amends 617.303,.307, 689.26; creates 617.3075.
