Public Records & Meetings; provides for application of public records exemptions in certain provisions re licensed graduate social workers & licensed bachelor social workers; provides for application of public meetings exemption in certain provision to proceedings of probable cause panel re investigations concerning such practitioners; takes effect on same date that CS/HB 3207 or similar legislation takes effect, etc. Creates 468.854.
