HB 3221: Sexual Predators/Against Children

GENERAL BILL by Rodriguez-Chomat

Sexual Predators/Against Children; imposes additional requirements re public notification of presence of sexual predator who has committed one or more specified offenses against child; requires DOC & other governmental or private agencies or entities having custody, control, or supervision over such predator to provide certain advance notification to local governing body of community, & chief of police of municipality or county sheriff, etc. Amends 775.21; reenacts 943.0435(5).
