HB 3225: Enterprise Zones
GENERAL BILL by Murman
Enterprise Zones; authorizes tax credits to certain business; exempts certain property based in enterprise zones from sales tax under certain circumstances; provides that business located in enterprise zone in community impacted by net limitations is eligible for maximum sales tax exemption for building materials used in rehabilitation of real property in enterprise zone, & for electrical energy used in enterprise zone, etc. Amends 212.08, 370.28, 290.0055,.0065. APPROPRIATION: $1,200,000.
