Robbery/Sudden Snatching; redefines offense of robbery to include robbery by sudden snatching; defines "sudden snatching"; provides for reclassification of offense to higher degree under specified circumstances when offender carried firearm or other deadly weapon; provides penalties; provides for ranking of robbery by sudden snatching within level 5 category of offense severity ranking chart. Amends 812.13, 921.0022.
