Traffic Violations & Bad Checks; provides for suspension of driver's license re certain persons against whom warrant or capias is issued in worthless check case; provides alternative to bad check diversion program; rescinds fine for speeds exceeding limit by 1-5 m.p.h. & replaces fine with warning; provides that fines for construction zone speed violations shall be doubled only under certain circumstances; revises penalties for expiration of registration, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $35,000.
