Adjudication of Guilt; prohibits withholding of adjudication for certain defendants accused of committing felony or qualified offense; provides exceptions; provides conditions for applicability; provides definitions; repeals Rule 3.670, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, re rendition of judgment, to extent of inconsistency with act. Creates 775.0844.
