CS/HB 3301: Domestic Violence
GENERAL BILL by Family Law & Children ; Betancourt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Lynn ; Diaz de la Portilla ; Crow ; Cosgrove ; Tamargo ; Harrington
Domestic Violence; provides for instruction for circuit & county judges in domestic violence; redefines term "domestic violence" for purposes of training provided by Florida Court Educational Council; defines "judge who has responsibility for cases of domestic violence"; prohibits court from awarding visitation rights to parent who has been convicted of capital felony or first-degree felony that involved domestic violence, etc. Amends 25.385, 44.102, 61.13.
