Liens; revises provisions pertaining to bond of contractor constructing public buildings; provides for revised time periods for certain claims; revises provisions re contractor's affidavit; revises requirements pertaining to service of documents; provides for waivers of right to claim against payment bond; revises process for transferring liens to security, etc. Amends 255.05, Ch. 713.
