Sport Shooting Ranges; provides definitions; provides exemption from civil liability & criminal prosecution for owners & users of sport shooting ranges re noise pollution resulting from operation of range under certain circumstances; exempts such ranges from specified rules & regulations; prohibits certain nuisance actions against sport shooting ranges; provides for continued operation of such ranges under specified circumstances.
