Motor Vehicle & Truck Repair Parts; provides for contract agreement for repair parts for motor vehicles & trucks; provides requirements re agreements between manufacturers & distributors of & dealers in motor vehicles or truck repair parts; requires that termination of such contracts be done in good faith; provides for liability of manufacturer for terminating, canceling, or failing to renew contract without good cause, failure to make payments owed, etc. Creates 686.30.
