Protection/Public Assistance Victims; defines "domestic violence" re specified provisions re temporary family assistance; prescribes responsibilities of local WAGES coalition & WAGES Program State Board of Directors re development of plan for victims of domestic violence; provides exceptions for specified period for certain individuals impaired by past incidents of domestic violence, under certain circumstances, etc. Amends Ch. 414; reenacts 414.20.
