Tax/Nonprofit/Religious Institutions; includes certain nonprofit corporations that make & distribute recordings to blind or visually impaired persons, & certain nonprofit corporations that provide religious services & administration or missionary assistance for established places of worship, within definition of "religious institutions" for tax exemption purposes; provides appropriation to Bureau of Blind Services for specified purposes. Amends 212.08. APPROPRIATION: $26,224.
