Local Option Tourist Development Tax; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/H3691,3441) revises provisions which authorize imposition of additional tax to pay debt service on bonds issued to finance construction or renovation of professional sports franchise facility or convention center; removes condition on use of tax revenues for convention center. Amends 125.0104.
