GENERAL BILL by Rossin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Klein ; Meadows
Local Option Tourist Development Tax; revises provisions which authorize imposition of additional tax to pay debt service on bonds issued to finance construction or renovation of professional sports franchise facility or convention center; authorizes use of tax revenues for operation & maintenance of convention center for specified period. Amends 125.0104.
