Unlawful Killing/Unborn Quick Child; provides that killing unborn quick child by injury to mother which would be murder in any degree if it resulted in death of mother is murder in same degree; provides penalties; provides that unlawful killing of unborn quick child by injury to mother which would be manslaughter if it resulted in death of mother is manslaughter; provides penalties; provides applicability, etc. Amends 782.09.
