Crime Victims/Toll-free Phone Number; requires that Crime Victims' Services Office of Legal Affairs Dept. establish toll-free telephone number to provide information on status of person convicted of crime; provides for information to be available to crime victim, relative of homicide victim, or witness of crime; provides requirements for operating telephone number; requires said office to provide updated address information for victim, relative, or witness to specified agencies, etc.
