Educational Facilities; authorizes boards to rent or lease certain buildings or space within buildings for conversion to use as educational facilities; provides for funding; requires school board adoption of resolution certifying that specified conditions have been met; amends provision re exemption from excise tax on documents; conforms provisions; amends provision re school district tax for capital outlay; conforms provisions. Amends 235.056, 201.24, 236.25.
