Safety of Amusement Devices; provides safety standards for amusement devices; provides purpose & intent & definitions; requires adoption of specified standards; prohibits operation of amusement devices without permit & affidavit of compliance; provides for testing of amusement rides; requires inspections; prescribes inspections standards for amusement devices; provides for training of operators, attendants, & maintenance persons of amusement devices, etc. Amends 616.242.
