Jacksonville Beach/Retirement System; amends Employees' Retirement System of City of Jacksonville Beach; specifies that benefits may be payable to participant's Deferred Retirement Option Program; specifies that option selection for payment of benefits shall be final at time benefit payment is assigned to said program; specifies death benefits applicable to said program participants; provides eligibility criteria; provides for death benefits, etc.
