CS/SB 368: Motorcycle Safety Education
GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; KURTH
Motorcycle Safety Education; provides exemption from required deduction for that portion of Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund funded by motorcycle safety education fee; deletes limitation on reimbursement of certain fees. Amends 215.22, 322.0255.
