GENERAL BILL by Regulated Services ; Morroni ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Heyman ; Tobin ; Saunders ; Lippman ; Fasano ; Culp ; Harrington

Alcohol & Tobacco Sales; authorizes law enforcement officers to utilize persons under certain age to test vendor compliance with provisions restricting sale of alcoholic beverages to certain minors; provides restrictions on locations for on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages; provides for local option election for sole purpose of determining whether intoxicating liquors, wines, or beer may be sold by drink for consumption on premises, etc. Amends FS.
