HB 3849: Pinellas Park Water Management Dist.
LOCAL BILL by Brennan
Pinellas Park Water Management Dist.; (Pinellas Co.) provides that property not receiving any benefits from said water management district may be removed from district by amendment to its charter; removes provisions which provide method for deletion of taxable property from district's tax rolls if over 50 percent of property drains outside district.
