GENERAL BILL by Arnold
Public Officers & Employees/Gifts; provides that gift from direct-support organization to government entity shall be for benefit of governmental entity only & may not be used for personal benefit of any officer or employee of governmental entity who is reporting individual or procurement employee or of any member of immediate family of such officer or employee, violation of which is subject to penalties provided by law, etc. Amends 112.3148.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
