Litigation Reform; provides for expedited trials; provides timeframes for conduct of such trials; provides for instructions to juries after jury is sworn in; provides for discussion of evidence & taking of notes under certain circumstances; provides for notebooks, written questions, & final instructions; provides for appointment & powers of trial resolution judge; provides sanctions for raising unfounded claims or defenses, etc. Amends FS.
