Intangible Personal Property Taxes; increases minimum amount of annual intangible personal property tax which person may be required to pay; provides responsibilities of Florida residents with beneficial interest in trust for which bank or savings association acts as trustee; exempts accounts receivable arising out of trade or business from said taxes & provides schedule for implementing exemption; exempts insurers from annual tax, etc. Amends FS.
