HB 3997: Local Option Tourist Development Tax

Local Option Tourist Development Tax; revises provisions which prohibit any county that levies convention development tax under certain provision from levying more than 2-percent tourist development tax, with certain exceptions, to remove counties levying consolidated county convention development tax from such prohibition. Amends 125.0104.
