Public Lodging Establishments; changes date of submission of annual report to Governor by Hotels & Restaurants Div. of DBR; reduces period of time in which certain unclaimed property left in public lodging or public food service establishment must be held by establishment; revises requirements for publishing advertisements re rates charged at specified public lodging establishments. Amends 509.032,.191,.201.
