Public Accountancy; revises provisions re membership on probable cause panels of Board of Accountancy; provides conditions under which board may adopt alternative licensure examination for persons licensed to practice public accountancy or its equivalent in foreign country; provides additional requirements for partnership, corporation, or limited liability company to practice public accountancy in this state, etc. Amends Ch. 473.
