Charter Technical Career Centers; authorizes creation of said centers; prescribes powers & duties of Education Commissioner, DOE, participating district school boards, & community college district boards of trustees, re said centers; prescribes rights & duties of employees of centers & of district school board employees & community college employees working at said centers; redefines terms "covered group" & "employer" re Fla. Retirement System, etc. Amends Ch. 121, 236.081. APPROPRIATION: $3,000,000.
