GENERAL BILL by Eggelletion ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harrington
Murphy Act Lands; provides for conveyance of all Murphy Act transportation easements to governmental entity currently having title to adjacent roadway; requires establishment of procedure for review of deeds containing Murphy Act transportation reservations; sets requirements for review process; provides for compensation of certain property owners when reservation denies all current economic use of property, etc. Amends 253.82, 712.04,.05.
