Children's Protection Act of 1998; creates said act; redefines offense of unlawful exposure or exhibition of sexual organs to prohibit appearing naked under specified circumstances; creates offenses of "lewd or lascivious battery," "lewd or lascivious molestation," "lewd or lascivious conduct," & "lewd or lascivious exhibition"; precludes consent from being raised as defense except in certain circumstances; provides exception for maternal breastfeeding, etc. Amends FS.
