GENERAL BILL by Murman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Alexander ; King ; Fasano ; Crist

Juveniles/Criminal Offenses; provides that certain adjudications of delinquency are admissible into evidence for impeachment purposes; redefines term "prior record" re specified provisions re sentencing; removes provisions requiring dismissal of petition with prejudice when adjudicatory hearing is not commenced within 90 days; provides for early-intervention boot camp placement of child at least 12 years of age under specified circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
