HB 4219: Mutual Aid Agreements
GENERAL BILL by Law Enforcement & Public Safety ; Futch ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Murman
Mutual Aid Agreements; redefines term "mutual aid agreement" to include certain agreements between one or more law enforcement agencies & either school board that employs school safety officers or state university that employs or appoints university police officers; provides for state university to enter & lend assistance pursuant to such agreements. Amends 23.1225.
