GENERAL BILL by Meadows ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Forman
Community Outreach Partnership Act; creates Florida Community Outreach Partnership Act; directs Community Affairs Secretary to carry out demonstration program to determine feasibility of facilitating partnerships between state universities & communities to solve urban problems; authorizes grants to state universities to establish Fla. Community Outreach Partnership Centers; provides requirements re state & nonstate share of grants; requires reports, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
