GENERAL BILL by Stafford
Offense of Murder/Redefined; redefines offense of capital murder in first degree to include act of unlawfully killing human being while perpetrating, or attempting to perpetrate, murder of another human being; provides penalties; redefines "vehicular homicide" to include killing of viable fetus by any injury to mother caused by operation of motor vehicle by another; provides penalties, etc. Amends 782.04,.071, 921.0022, 960.13, 27.709; reenacts FS.
