Charlotte Co./Shell & Prairie Creeks; includes petroleum products & toxic wastes within substances prohibited from being dumped, deposited, or discharged into waters of Shell Creek & Prairie Creek, & includes as prohibited activities within 200 feet of waters of said creeks the construction, reconstruction, extension, or alteration of any petroleum products pipeline or storage tank or any pipeline or storage tank for toxic wastes; repeals all laws in conflict herewith.
