Employee Long-Term-Care Plan; requires Elderly Affairs Dept. & State Group Insurance Div. of DMS to design long-term-care plan for public employees & their families; provides for use of plan funds for marketing expenses; authorizes division to contract with State Board of Administration to invest certain funds; provides limitations; creates Fla. Employee Long-Term-Care Plan Board of Directors; prohibits use of state funds for certain costs; provides for expiration of act, etc.
