Confidentiality/Medical Records; provides definitions; provides for confidentiality of health, health insurance, medical, & patient records & for data or information pertaining to individuals contained in such records; provides exceptions; requires rules to provide for specific methods of disposal following expiration of mandatory retention period; provides for alternatives for electronic records. Amends 455.677.
