Dental Hygiene; revises definitions; removes regulation of practice of dental hygiene from Dentistry Board & eliminates Dental Hygiene Council, to conform; creates Dental Hygiene Board to regulate practice of dental hygiene; provides for appointment of members & terms & for headquarters of board; provides rulemaking authority; authorizes fee; places Dental Hygiene Board under Medical Quality Assurance of Health Dept., etc. Amends Ch. 466, 20.43.
