GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Regulated Industries
Pari-mutuel Wagering; provides for reconversion of certain permits; authorizes daily license fee tax credit; authorizes certain permitholders to transfer daily license fee tax credits to certain permitholders & to receive reimbursement for such credits; authorizes adoption of implementing rules; provides formula for distribution of greyhound purses; revises approval requirements re capital improvements, etc. Amends Ch. 550, 849.086.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
