GENERAL BILL by Constantine ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Carlton ; Putnam

Brownfields Redevelopment Act; redefines terms & defines term "secretary" under said act; provides that closed military bases may be designated as brownfield areas; clarifies job-creation criteria for designation of said site; provides clarification re eligibility of certain sites; provides for application of penalties to entire act; provides legislative intent re inefficient use of public facilities & services in brownfield areas; amends definition of facility, etc. Amends FS.
