SB 444: Criminal Mischief/Graffiti
GENERAL BILL by Gutman
Criminal Mischief/Graffiti; provides that county or municipality is not preempted by state law from establishing ordinance that prohibits marking of graffiti or other graffiti-related offenses & penalizes such offenses with higher penalties than those provided by state law or with mandatory penalties; provides for arrest without warrant when there is probable cause to believe that person has committed criminal mischief, etc. Amends 806.13, 901.15.
